Changing your mind

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Email hello@pawperchco.com with your order number and we will refund you within 14 days of being told.

In most cases you will not need to post anything back. We will confirm either way when you email.

This is your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Faulty or damaged items

If your Pawperch arrives damaged or develops a fault, email hello@pawperchco.com with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.

Cancelling before dispatch

If you email us before your order has been dispatched we will cancel it and refund you in full.
